Treatment sessions are available in 60 or 90 minute appointments.

Swedish Relaxation Massage - Clients may also add aromatherapy, essential oils, or hot stone therapies to the stress-relieving traditional deep work of Swedish massage.  

Orthopedic Treatment - addresses chronic pain issues. A customized session is developed to suit your wellness goals. These therapies may include: Cranial Sacral, Lowen Systems, Lymphatic, Joint Mobilization, or Structural Integration.

Ohm Vibration Treatment - Clients experience gentle non-invasive balancing work using Ohm tuning forks with acupressure points in the body to enhance health and well-being.

Sports Performance - You'll spend less time training and experience better performance when your joints are able to function fully. Previous traumas can result in compromised performance when they are not  corrected. Reduce post-event recovery. Train smarter, not harder.

On Site Massage - arrangements can be made for chair or table massage available at your event or performance. Please call for information.

After your appointment is scheduled, I will send you a health history form to fill out. Please take your time with this, it is essential to your treatment session.

Please plan on spending an hour and a half in my office.

Be well-hydrated. Your session will be more enjoyable if you drink enough water beforehand. Aches, pains, or fatique may be signs of dehydration.
