It is common for clients to request "Deep Tissue" massage thinking it will address chronically painful areas of the body. Sometimes bruising can happen or the area is left more tender than before the session.
It is possible to work deeply and effectively without causing more pain or tissue damage. Muscles are affected by the biomechanics of the skeleton, by connective tissue and organs, and by trauma. I can massage a painful shoulder or together we can assess the cause of the pain and work to correct the imbalance with massage, stretching, and home exercise programs.

Whether this is your first professional massage or your 50th, this massage is all about YOU!
Your comfort, your privacy, your wellness, and your health concerns or goals are the first priority to your therapist.
I will work with you to determine which therapies will help you meet your health goals. Your feedback is essential to the healing process.
You are entitled to the best professional care in a safe, clean, and healing environment. I will do my best to schedule your appointment in a timely manner that is convenient to you.
Any information you give me is protected by HIPAA regulations and completely private and not shared with anyone without your consent.
